SAMARITAN’S CHILDREN’S MIRACLE NETWORK HOSTS RADIOTHON

WITH COMMUNITY BROADCASTERS, LLC, AND WESTELCOM

Westelcom Communications is proud to announce that, in close partnership with Community Broadcasters, LLC, owners of The Border 92.7 and 106.7, it recently donated telephone lines and numbers for a first-ever multi-station Radiothon in Watertown, New York, to benefit the Children’s Miracle Network.  The Radiothon raised more than $100,000 to benefit Northern New York children, and the donation of the telephone lines and numbers assisted the Children’s Miracle Network in lowering their expenses in the campaign.

Paul J. Barton, President of Westelcom, stated, “Westelcom has always been dedicated to assisting and working with local charities and community organizations to further their goals in serving the people who need them the most.  We encourage and support our employees to reach out and give back to our communities because it is the responsible thing to do.”
