EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES Inside Sales – Web Services Description: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling web services as well as managing small to large-scale web-based projects from inception to completion (creative brainstorming, scope development, QA, tracking, delivery, review, etc.) Qualifications: Candidate should be well-versed in internet technology. Ability to build relationships and close sales. Ability to use a consultative approach to selling. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities. Skills in web and multimedia production and design is desirable, including but not limited to Photoshop, Flash and video editing, and ability to code HTML Three years minimum experience as a web producer, web project manager. Proven excellent relationships and communication with co-workers and clients. Knowledge of user interface design principles, web design best practices and a strong visual design sensibility. Hands-on experience with internet publishing in a Content Management System is desirable. This position includes provisioning of new services and responding to MIS service requests and escalated customer troubles.
