To place calls from a touch tone phone within the United States, (including Guam) Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands) and Canada):

	DIAL 1-800-866-3691. LISTEN for the voice prompt.
	DIAL the 10 digit card number + PIN. LISTEN for Voice prompt.
	TO place a domestic call: DIAL area code+ telephone number.
	To place an international cal: DIAL 011 + country code + city code + telephone number.

International Origination Dialing Instructions

To place calls from a ouch tone phone outside the US and Canada:

	DIAL the toll-free access number for the country you are in (click here for list) LISTEN for the voice prompt.
	DIAL the 10 digit card number + PIN. LISTEN for voice prompt.
	To call back to the US: DIAL area code + telephone number
	To call between or within international counties: DIAL 011 + country code + city code + telephone number
