your first bill, you can expect to see regular monthly charges (911,
FCC, line charge, features), pro-rated monthly charges, connection
charges, and charges from calls you made during the month. What’s
a non-recurring charge? A
charge that only occurs once. FCC
(Federal Communications Commission) has imposed additional charges on
long distance phone bills to reimburse local telephone companies for the
cost of providing local telephone service. Will
I be charged a higher rate for calls within my state as opposed to out
